ISA designers tried very hard to follow RFC 2616, which stipulates that
proxies MUST NOT modify the abs_path portion of the URI except to replace a
null abs_path with "/".

There is a new fix that allows you to "reduce" the abs_path, but it doesn't
add anything to it.

Subject: [isalist] Web Publishing rules and redirection

http://www.ISAserver.org

Hi...

Is it possible to set up a web publishing rule to redirect a request for a
specified destination set to a subdir on the internal web server?

Example: "mail.domain.com" should be redirected to
"internalserver/exchange/logon.asp"

Possible with ISA or just with a redirection on the internal web server
itself?

Greets
