This is a common experience for folks who are used to using IPs in their pages, for instance. ISA isolates the server from the Internet, so pages that once worked may now fail when ISA gets in between. Have your dev recheck the code. If it's making requests to off-server resources (image server, for instance), then you'll have to publish that server, too. Internal IPs, internal server names, etc. will all fail when the site is accessed externally. I have set destiniation set and web publishing rule as it said on Helpfile and it is okay, all authentication run smoothly and my intended user can access it, but the weird thing is not all page published completely, some of the pict can not be shown. But if I accessed this intranet server from internal network (by pass proxy), I got no problem, all page can be shown completely.
