Web Publishing

Hi all,
I try to use web publishing rule.I have my "destination set" configurated.
In web publishing rules if I select other things that all destination,
nothing works.
I applicated all the patchs I found, I modified the registry and I still
have "page not found" on my client browser.
Does somebody has already meet this pb?
Is there a solution for that?
