Are you sure it wasn't installed. If you are using the management tool from
a remote machine, it doesn't show up - you have to try from the local
machine

        For some reason when I installed ISA the 'VPN Configuration Wizard'
was not installed.  Can anyone tell me why and what I need to do to added
it?
