Using ISA as a Software Update Server (SUS)

For a small organization, using servers for one
purpose is not always possible. I would like to
use an ISA server for at least one other purpose,
and I wonder if using it as a Microsoft SUS server
is reasonable? If not that, is there another type
of server which can co-exist on an ISA server without
major problems?
