Unwanted caching

I have a stand-alone ISA server doing web caching for my users to avoid
some costs. An external web page development team is creating training
web pages for us on a development server at this time. Because the work
is in progress it is updated frequently. I don't know if they have their
files set to expire immediately at their web server but if I can't get
them to set it that way can I set my proxy server to never look at cache
for this domain.
