Hi,
Have you checked your relay internally? Simply telnet to your exchange box
on port 25 using the command:
c:\telnet <exchange server> 25
Wait for the SMTP header then type (each line after the server responds):
HELO blah.blah.blah
MAIL FROM: test@xxxxxxxxxxx
RCPT TO: test@xxxxxxxxxxx
DATA
blah This text will appear in the mail message.
<blank line>
.
<blank line>
QUIT
the <blank line>'s are simply hitting the enter key, you can play with
different MAIL FROM's and RCPT TO's to test relay and sending to internal
parties.
I would perform this test firstly on the inside of the network against the
exchange server and then secondly against the firewall. Should exchange wish
to block you a message normally appears after the RCPT TO command.
This should just help narrow down where the problem is, also I've found in
the passed that you may get a response here which is more descriptive than
the bounce email.
Hope this helps.
Regards
Steven

No, ISA is running on a Windows 2K box and Exchange is on a Windows NT4 SP6
box.
