Ugent. alllow VPN client access to remote server

hi everyone
I need to allow the client access to the remote VPN server, I already enable 
the PPTP call for the clients from the ISA control, but the clients still can 
get throught the ISA server, 
(I can see the secuteNAT PPTP filter is enable)
whatelse do I need to do?
