cool, and thank you, so if I run the ISA Mail Wizard, does it give me the 
option to specify if E2K is one the same box or not? I am doing nothing on this 
until after superbowl, so I have loads of LAB time on my hands anyways. Any 
insights will be a huge help.

Clear DayThaqt depends solely on how you configure ISA.
By default, ISA install in "closed door" mode.  Nothing comes or goes that
you don't either explicitly or implicitly allow.
