You should not need to do anything after you install it which might be
the issue. You are not passing it outbound or inbound. You are just
connecting to port 3389 on the internal interface and nothing else. I
have done this on Proxy server 2 and ISA.
Only domain admins will be able to connect to it internally.

It doesn't work.
This is what I did after installing TS on ISA box
1. Create packet filter both direction for ts port
2. Create protocol definition for ts port and protocol rule using that
protocol definition
3. Create site and content rule specifying the ip of client machine(my
desktop)
But can't connect to TS.

I have not tried this configuration. My desktop is in the same subnet as
the
ISA internal network. However, it should work. Like you mentioned, you
need
to open up the RDP port. Try it out and let me know if it works.

First you install the Terminal Services in administrative mode in ISA
server. You do thi sthrough Control Panel, add remove programs. Then,
you
install the TS client in your workstation. Create a connection to ISA
server. That's it.. you should be able to logon to ISA server.
