Target principal name is incorrect ERROR HELP please

Hi,
I have a domain d.com with only 2 servers in it.
The first is the domain controller with Exchange2000 on it (I know it's not
good, but I was forced to do it... and it will change in a while), the other a
SQL2000 server.
In order to be able to connect my Exchg2000 to the outside world, I have
installed a single server (not in the domain) with ISA SP1 on it.
I configured it as I can, and all my needs were ok with it. For example, I
published my web site for OWA, and it worked (https).
But since few days, I have this message when I try to connect to my OWA through
https:
500 Internal Server Error - The target principal name is incorrect.

I read mails from this list about it, and no-one solved my problem. I look
after information on the Net, but nothing helps me...
So, pleeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaassssse, can anybody help me, I can't access my OWA
and we need it...
