Hi Amy, We use Netopia routers whenever we can. Always had great experiences with them and they don't ever get in the way. Very easy to work with via telnet and GUI if you like. Yes, the point is that the server must be accessible from the Internet. The name entered into the Server text box on the TSAC log on page must be accessible from the Internet, such as ts.domain.com and must resolve to the IP address used by the RDP Server Publishing Rule used to publish the internal Terminal Server. Thanks! Netopia routers are nice to work with and have a nice easy way to this. Another way to this would be to set up a VPN connection between you and your server then use the TSAC client rather than the website. You'll still need to statically apply the IP address to your server though. The modem which also has a 10.x.x.x address is set to pass all traffic to the ISA ext NIC at 10.0.0.1. Therefore if point made below is correct what can I or should I do? The site is www.wjengland.com/tsweb and the external ip is 10.0.0.1 Any help and/or suggestions will be really appreciated William
