That would work, though- but you'd still have to create the custom protocol, and in addition, you'd have to go into the RDP properties of TS Config and ensure that you unbind TS from the external interface. By default, TS Config's RDP to bind to all interfaces. You can't "publish" if the ISA server is listening on the external interface.
