Symantec VPN Client & ISA 2004

Wonder if someone can help me.
Have a laptop plugged on our internal network that uses Symantec VPN
Client to connect to one of our other offices in New York. On the ISA
2004 server I have created an Access Policy rule that allows all VPN
client protocols.
When I look at the logging for this client, I can see the connection
initiating but the Symantec software reports back that it cannot
connect.
Anyone any experience with Symantec VPN Client ?
