Surprised I haven't run into that problem here, but I think you do that
by going into the ISA MMC, going to Configuration->General->Define
Firewall Client Settings, and entering in the Lucoms~1.exe as disabled.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. (Like I have to ask... *grin*)

I think this has been asked before but I am unable to find the solution.
Our clients behind the ISA firewall are unable to install Symantec
Antivirus while the ISA Firewall Client is loaded on the PC. If you
remove the Firewall Client the Symantec install proceeds with out a
problem.
I have contacted Symantec about this and they directed me to this
document.

Which states:
To work around the problem, set an exclusion for Lucoms~1.exe on the
Microsoft ISA Server 2004.
To learn how to set exclusions on the Microsoft ISA Server 2004, see

I however can not find any information on how to setup an exclusion for
and executable.
Does anyone know where I can find this information?
