OK- FWIW, after installing the Feature Pack yesterday and just walking
through a mock OWA Web Publisher wizard setup (just to see what it did). I
too got a 403 trying to reach my OWA site...
Some differences here though- I was server publishing, and even after
deleting the Web Publishing rule and restarting the services, it still
would not work until I rebooted the damn machine.
Not sure if that even has anything to do with your deal, but there it is...
