Actually, our connection is through a Sprint (partial) DS3.

You mean for us to change the MTU on the external nic of the ISA server?

Ah, DNB.com. Are you by chance on a cable modem or otherwise have service
through Ameritech(NOT) or SBC?

You might need to play with your MTU size.
