Thanks, I will have a look.
 
I have also looked at TrafficFilter, however at $120 euros it is really
out of my budget as I am a university student running a non profit
network/isp at my uni halls of residence.

Hi,
 
I've just setup isa server on my machine and have user authentication
etc setup, however I cant seem to find anywhere to assign a bandwidth
quota to users, how would I do this?
