ISASERVER >> DMZ >> ISASERVER >> INTERNAL
OR 
ISASERVER >> INTERNET TO BRANCH OFFICE >> SQL MACHINE?

  Thats ok Cismic, I had done it i.e I had open the ur specified ports for 
inbound connection but when I am accessing/ registring  from my branch office 
it is not accessible. As per information I have an Isa Box at the branch also. 
I had open the 1433 and 1434 outbound port to access the HO sql but not 
happening....is their any other port to access it.... Pls give some information.
