SMTP Problem

Hi, 
 I have a network setup like the following design:      

        INTERNET
               |
             ISA BOX
           |       |
           |       |
           |    ---------------- WEB SERVER
           |    ---------------- MAIL SERVER
           |
        LAN

It is a tri-homed ISA setup.
I have a web site that uses CDONTS to send messages through SMTP.
The thing is that messages don't leave the \Queue folder.

Any suggestions?

P.S.
I test it on a web server that is not behind a firewall and it works
fine. Any
help greatly appreciated.
