And SBS will not work correcrly unless it's a DC at the top of the
forest.

If I install ISA 2004 on SBS 2003, can I take a second box install SBS
on it and join it to the domain (no run dcpromo) making it the ISA 2004
box or does ISA have to run with everything else on the one SBS server?
