        Dear Sir, 

              I have created a protocol rule that applies to the
following protocols: 

                             * MMS -  Windows Media 

                              * MMS -  Windows Media Server 

                              * PNM - Client 

                              * PNM - Server 

                               * RTSP 

                               * RTSP Server 

          I have also created a client access set on which this protocol
rule is applied. 

         the error that I get when I tried to run video streaming
application on the Internet is that Media Player displays "Connecting"
for a while then displays" connection time runs out"...
