Router-to-Router VPN Issue

Dear all, I appreciate if anyone can shed me some lights on
router-to-router VPN configuration issue.

I have configured two separate networks and each of the network is
configured as follows:
LAN_A:
Server_A (installed with ISA & VPN)
IP: 172.16.112.1 / Mask: 255.255.255.0

LAN_B:
Server_B (installed with ISA & VPN)
IP: 192.168.0.1 / Mask: 255.255.255.0

In LAN_B Server_B machine, I have ran the "Configure a Local Virtual
Private Network (VPN)" wizard provided by ISA to generate a .vpc file
successful, then copy the .vpc file for remote network (i.e. LAN_A )
Server_A machine to finish installation of the remote part of the
router-to-router VPN (by running the Configure a Remote Virtual Private
Network (VPN)" wizard. After both local and remote VPN routers are
configured, it works OK to ping a remote network machine ONLY from the
Server_B (i.e. local VPN server), however, none of other networked
desktops in LAN_B can ping any of the remote network machines. I have
added all static routes for remote network (i.e. IP:172.16.112.0 /
Mask:255.255.255.0 to all interfaces) but still have no luck for any of
local networked desktops to ping any of the remote network machines. When
I type tracert 172.16.112.5 from a machine (i.e. with IP 192.168.0.5) in
network B, it gets response from 192.168.0.1 but nothing after this IP
address.

None of other desktops in LAN_B can access LAN_A excepted for the local
VPN server itself . Do you know what should I do to make it to work? Any
information is greatly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance
