ISA logs all traffic, both in- and outbound, on a per-service basis: WEB...log = Web Proxy service-handled traffic, both allowed and denied FW...log = Firewall service-handled traffic, both allowed and denied IP...log = Packet Filter service-handled traffic, denied and optionally, allowed Take a look in the ISA help under "Architecture overview" for details of how the services interact.
