Are the Exch FE servers:
- Exch 2003?
- load-balanced?
- all part of the same forest?
- all part of the same domain?

Is there a doc somewhere which explains who to setup RPC over HTTPS on a
multiple server configuration? I have a client who had multiple Exchange
Virtual HTTP sites who wants RPC over HTTPS setup for each one.
