[isalist] RPC Server unavailable on new ISA2006 install

I have recently load a new server with Windows Server 2003 with SP1 slip
steamed, then patched it which installed SP2. I then joined the server
to a domain and installed ISA2006.
Set up some access rules and all seemed ok, but I wanted to change to
Web Access rules to be based on Domain Group Membership. When I go to
create a new user group wizard, I can browse to the domain to pick up a
Domain Global Group, but when I select the group from the browse screen
and press Enter, I get an RPC Server is Unavailable.
I am also getting quite a few of these in the event logs
Any ideas?
