Unless your ISA is failing, it can be ignored.
It's a fallout from the SecurID update in SP1 and generally just causes event
log noise.

It appears to be a missing registry key on your ISA Server. Last time I ran
into this problem I had to reinstall by ISA Box or restore the system state.

Error en Control de Microsoft ISA Server. Se produjo durante Búsqueda de
archivos de registro porque no se pudo obtener acceso a la propiedad de
configuración msFPCName de la clave
SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Fpc\Arrays\{96450D0C-6765-4C2C-A3E9-22A72645D0A8}\Logs\Proxy-Packet-Filters\Credentials.
Utilice la ubicación de origen 2.1927.3.0.1200.365 para notificar el error. El
código de error del área de datos de las propiedades del evento indica la causa
del error.
Para obtener más información acerca de este evento, vea la Ayuda del servidor
ISA.
La descripción del error es: El sistema no puede hallar el archivo especificado.
