        The same thing, except for two differences:
         
        PPPoE modem and the public IP address is bound directly to my
NIC. Here in the HQ, we have a PPPoA DSL modem, the public IP address is
bound to it, but I configured the modem to route any incoming traffic to
my ISA server. Since I'm using PPTP, there's no problem using NAT with
this device.

                It wasn't. I implemented Windows 2003 Server here in the
HQ, where we don't have PPPoE.

                        I'll bet its the dreaded PPPoE. See if changing
