You will be able to do an in place upgrade of the ISA 2000 box, but I don't 
know if I would trust it with beta 2. The final version should be out very 
soon, so be patient!

        Hi Tiago,

         

        With ISA 2000, not even possible with the help of the most powerful 
brujo in Brazil.

         

        With ISA 2004, should be very easy. :-))  You just need to make sure 
the IPSec policy on the Linsys matches the one created on the ISA 2004 box. If 
you doc the procedure out, I'll publish it on ISAServer.org!

        Fellow ISA enthusiasts,

         

        I got a Linksys BEFSX41 to play with, and I wanted to know if it's 
possible to establish an IPSec tunnel to my ISA Server 2000 using magic tricks 
or popular sorcery.

         

        I've made it connect, but I can't from one side of the network see 
another. I've created the static routes, IPSec policies, everything runs cool, 
except that nothing works, but that's a detail =)

         

        One thing that I had to do: I have here at home an Alcatel 510 DSL 
modem. It has a feature named defserver that throws all traffic coming inbound 
to a specific computer. If I put IPsec behind it, most likely it will connect 
but won't work, right? NAT will probably mess up the headers...

         

        With ISA 2004, is it possible to make this scenario happen? I'm willing 
to test it!
