Publish a second FTP server Site

Hi
Using ISA Server 2000 and IIS 5
Is it possible to publish a second FTP site on the same server as the
default ftp site. The default ftp site listens on port 21. I would like
the second one to listen on 8821 and its home directory pointing to
another path, not that of the default ftp path.
We already publish a FTP site in ISA Server listening on one external
IP#. I would like the second to listen on another external IP# for FTP.
If its possible how do I configure.
