Proxy settings in ISA server

After configuring the ISA server and the ISA client I configured the
Explorer to use web proxy for the lan. By doing so I recieve a message
while trying to enter a web site saying "HTTP/1.0 404 File not Found".

What changes should i make to view web sites?
