Problems with ftp clients

I'm facing some problems with ftp clients.... Every time I try to access to
an ftp site I receive the message
 
TTP 502 Proxy Error - The specified Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) port is not
allowed. ISA Server is not configured to allow SSL requests from this port.
Most Web browsers use port 443 for SSL requests. (12204)<BR>Internet
Security and Acceleration Server</H2>
 
I'm using Flash FXP..
 
With IE ftp works... But with all the other clients, I receive an error
message..
 
II think that this is a problem with ISA configuration... Can anyone help to
resolve this one
