Problem with users tabs

I setup my OWA with Publishing Rules. I want to create my user list with
the users tabs, but if I select a objet with the Select users or groups
menu, I get: " Windows cannot process the object with the name "...."
because of the following error: The remote procedure call failed and did
not execute"
Any idea ?
