Port foward

Hi all.
I have a ISA server with 1 valid ip (200.255...) and my internal ip
(192.168...). I have a internal web server and internal ftp server. How
I can configure to all incomming connection to my port 80 will be
redirect to one of my internal ip address (at the same port) and
connections to my 21 port will be redirect to another internal ip
address?
