Connected by a cross cable

Hi To all

I have a ISA server with two Network cards. I made one external and one
internal

External have the static IP and internal have the private IP of our network
, it is 192.168.1.60.

Details of the internal IP

IP 192.168.1.60
subnet mask: 255.255.255.0

no DNS

I have selected the internal adapter to configure internal network on the
ISA machine.

Now I connect a local machine to this ISA machine through internal
network.(only single machine I added through cross cable on the internal
network card. Now I could ping the local machine with the IP address
192.168.1.62 but I cant ping the ISA machine from the local machine although
I have made a access rule that will pass all outbound request from internal
to internal , when I moniter this request the I get the request is comming
from 192.168.1.62(local computer ) to 192.168.1.60( internal on the ISA
machine ).

Please suggest me something because I want to install ISA on the another
machine and I want to communicate between them (that means two ISA machine
communicate through internal network)

Please suggest me something :
