On what computer is Outlook Express running on? Not the ISA Server i hope.
If its an internal computer, then you need to create a protcol rule to allow
inbound pop.

Hi guys im trying to access the POP3 mails on the computer where i install
isa server browsing and other application of internet are runinng fine but
cannot connect to POP3 server already i have created packet filter is
