Outlook 98/Win95 Exchange 5.5 RPC publishing

I have an Exchange 5.5 Server published via ISA Server Publishing using
Exchange RPC protocol only. I can access this via a remote Client running
Outlook 2k/Win 2k, but I cant get an Outlook 98/Win95 Client to connect.
The Win95 client has the published Exchange 5.5 IP address in its Lmhosts
file as a #PRE entry for address resolution and a nbtstat -c shows the
cache contains the correct IP and server name (ping "Server-name" also
works ok), however when attempt to resolve the Server/mailbox name in the
the outlook 98 client it reports network connection problems are
preventing connection. Any clues?
