[isalist] OWA rule chokes on /Exchange\

Hey Tom,
Don't know if you noticed this, but the old Shinder trick of adding a
/Exchange\ path so the Users can get away with forgetting to add
\exchange to the OWA site URL doesn't work any more. ISA2006 accepts it
in the rule without error, but when you try to save the change you get:
"The Web filter Link Translation Filter failed to reload its
configuration. If you recently applied changes to the configuration,
verify that these changes are configured properly". I interpret that as
"Don't do that!!!".
