After rebooting, I cleared the checkbox for integrated authentication,
but still no luck.

Hi Luq,
OK, you set it, but did you restart the machine? When you restart, the
changes you made to the OWA Web sites will be overwritten and the
integrated authentication option will get checked again. I haven't
figured out how to fix this :-\
