OWA behind ISA

My situation:
(internet) --> firewall (cisco) --> ISA (W2K) --> OWA(E2K)
I have an Exchange 2K server wich hosts the OWA site. Based on the request
the cisco passes the web request thrue to the ISA server and on the ISA
server I've made an Web Publishing rule for the OWA site, just http no
https! This works fine, but after 15 minutes it doesn't work any more. I
have to recreate the desination set for the OWA site and use this one
again in het Web Publishing Rule. The whole network is w2k based. On the
isa server is also MailMarshal and WebMarshal active and we use it for 10
people to connect via VPN. The Internet connection is an connection to the
backbone (2megabit). ps internal the OWA site works fine.
Could some one PLEASE help me?
