Hi Amos,

Is the ISA Server installed in Intergrated mode?

Do you have SMTP and POP3 protocol rules?

Is the firewall client installed and is the ISA Server and the client
members of the same domain?

Thanks!
Tom

        no, Tom.
        not access hotmail. i just want to receive/send email on outlook
express like pop3/smtp mail. if i use internet explorer to browse the
site, it's ok because the authentication appear and fill the user name,
password (in isa, i use protocol rule, and so not everyone can access
http, pop3 and smtp and i apply to any request). so on xp home, how can
i use outlook express in order to be able to send/receive mail, it
didn't work because the authorization is failed. i've been create user
account and password on xphome local machine as user account on
w2kserver.

        Best Regards;
        Amos
