I believe you still need a rule; just like if you open a web browser on an
ISA server, you need to point it to itself as the proxy to get it to work.

I don't have any rule setup, since its on the same box as ISA (SBS Server),
normally it just works for external. This may be my problem, this is my
first real investigation into why it isnt working.

make sure your rule allows rdp as well as http. Even though it is webts you
still need to be able to pass rdp protocol.
