Assurance (SA) promotion provide?
A. Customers acquiring Small Business Server 2000 will receive the Small
Business Server 2000 server license plus five Client Access Licenses (CALs).
Customers can add Software Assurance for $99 U.S.-an 85% discount off the
retail price of $649. With Software Assurance, customers acquire the right
to install any new release of Small Business Server for two years. 

Q. How can customers benefit from the Small Business Server 2000 with $99 SA
promotion?
A. Customers acquiring Small Business Server 2000 after May 1, 2003 can
participate. Open License customers must add Software Assurance to their
Small Business Server 2000 license purchase at the time of purchase.
Customers acquiring Small Business Server 2000 from an original equipment
manufacturer (OEM pricing) or retail outlet (FPP pricing) can participate by
adding Software Assurance to their license purchase. OEM and FPP customers
have up to 90 days from their original date of purchase to add Software
Assurance.

Q. Are Client Access Licenses covered by this promotion?
A. Small Business Server 2000 includes a server license plus five Client
Access Licenses (CALs). Additional CALs can be purchased in packs of five or
20. The additional CAL purchases are not covered under the Small Business
Server 2000 with $99 SA promotion.

Q. Can Open Value customers benefit from this promotion?
A. The Small Business Server 2000 with $99 Software Assurance promotion is
