OT: MS Proxy 2 Question

I have a Macintosh user on the network that is constantly getting his NT
account locked out when browsing the web. He is using the latest version of IE
for the Mac. He will be able to browse a few pages then gets HTTP 407 errors
that Proxy Auth is required. We then know that his NT account is locked. THis
happens literally 12 times a day when he browses. Can anyone think of a fix? I
cannot find anything in the MS KB.
