I have received that one in the past as well...Oh, well...

I do use the RBL lists as one method of blocking spam, and that method
catches prob about 90 percent of the spam.
Osirusoft was the biggest catcher, but also the biggest false positive
as well.
The thing that ticks me off is that he went nuts and started adding ALL
IP's to the list.
It started blocking mail from IP address of 192.168.x.x for Peat's sake!
Mail from my own internal addresses were getting blocked from within!

I agree that there needs to be way better admin on the RBL's. There are
probably good ones out there, but after you pay for spam blocking
software, then you have to pay for a subscription service for some of
them to query their database, and they want more than the software cost.

Anyway,
My most unusual spam today was "You left your jacket" subject which was
a blue pill commercial.
I hate that crap.

This is very OT.

Has anyone else received a spam like this today? It wins the spam prize
of the week, that's for sure.

Subject: Dimensional Warp Generator Needed l j
Importance: High

Hello,
I'm a time traveler stuck here in 2003. Since nobody here seems to be
able to get me what I need (safely here to me), I will have to build a
simple time travel circuit to get where I need myself. I am going to
need an easy to follow picture diagram for a simple time travel circut,
which can be built out of (readily available) parts here in 2003. Please
email me any schematics you have. I will pay good money for anything you
send me I can use. Or if you have the rechargeable AMD dimensional warp
generator wrist watch unit available, and are 100% certain you have a
(secure) means of delivering it to me please also reply. Send a separate
email to me at: webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Do not reply back
directly to this email as it will only be bounced back to you.

Thank You
Brian Appel
