hi .
I think u installed ISa server in enable access control mode ,,,
which means that ur network requires authentication.
if u did this then the netscape browser will not browse any page..
and if u did'nt installed isa on authenticatoin control which means widout
authentication then try to do these steps
check the proxy settings of netscape in prefences menu.
