Need to log Intranet use - not on by default?

Hi!

I have set up a few intranet redirections for various 'denied' type
destination sets - i.e. the client is redirected to a page on our
intranet when they try to access certain websites.

These redirections are not being logged, I assume because I have IE set
up in such a way as to not use the proxy for intranet pages ('bypass
proxy server for local addresses' in the IE Connections tab on by
default). Is this a fair assumption?

How can I reset this for all clients so that they do use the proxy for
local addresses?

Thanks
