If you're trying to connect NNTP from an internal client, you'll need to
configure a protocol rule instead.

We run ISA and we can connect to newsgroups whereas we have create a PF as
TCP outbound, remote119 local Any.
We use 2 servers ISA. The first as firewall and the second as proxy.
The PF has been created on the 2 servers as the answer of the message "How
to enable NNTP on ISA" and NNTPdeos not work. What can we do?
