NLB & VPN

We have an array of two "Integrated mode" ISA Server Enterprise Edition.
We applied the wizard "Configure a Client VPN" on two servers and VPN
Clients are succesfully connected to our VPN server using PPTP.
Now, I want to add WLBS on internal intrerfase to balance Firewall and NAT
Client Request. After we do the NLB configuration over internal interfases
of both boxes, I test the NLB and it seems to be working fine, but VPN
users are not able to "see" the internal network anymore, the vpn client
connected can not ping any internal address and receive a "timeout"
response.
Any idea of what's happening?
