Well the machine specs are good, maybe your connection is back logged ?
Perhaps you have a service hanging.
You may wish to check in the task manager to see what services are up.

    Position in the actual PCI slots should have NO bearing on speed.

      Dear Isa Mailinglist;
      I want to know about effect of NIC position. I put the first NIC connect
to local address and the second NIC connect to modem dvb (internet connection).
are there effect of speed accessing if i switch that position?
      All your comments would be appreciated......
